The first step is to schedule a consultation. I realize every person is different and what works for one may not work for another. The consultation will give us a chance to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and to discuss how I can be of help in moving you toward your fitness goals. There's no cost for the consultation and it would take about 30 minutes of your time.
